The LPN assesses, plans, and implements nursing care for patients within a physician clinic under supervision. They also coordinate clinical operations and patient flow while serving as a patient advocate.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio with a current BLS certification. Two or more years of experience in a physician office is preferred.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services Department at our Bucyrus location.
Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.
• Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.
