Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders while conducting regular follow-up visits to monitor progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care and provide essential education to patients and their families.
Requires a Master's degree in Nursing or an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, along with active licensure and DEA certification. Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities and one year of experience in neurology.
