The Activities Aide designs and facilitates engaging, resident-centered activities to promote the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of residents. They are also responsible for completing MDS documentation, care assessments, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
