Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCPC, LICSW, Psychologist)

About the Role

Join our clinician-centered multidisciplinary team in the Georgetown area of Washington DC, and support our continued growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking full-time DC-licensed clinicians (LCPC, LICSW, or Psychologist) who thrive in collaborative environments, value diversity, and are committed to providing high-quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and consultation groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active DC license permitting independent clinical practice.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
