The Care Assistant provides general care and services to residents as outlined in their care plans. They are responsible for maintaining positive communication with residents and families while reporting status to the clinical team.
Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. A BLS Certification is required to observe and report resident status effectively.

The Care Assistant provides resident care and report to clinical team members. The Care Assistant performs and/or assists in general care and services for residents as outlined in care plans.
