The Residential Nurse provides professional nursing care, administers medications, and ensures medical needs are met for individuals in residential settings. They also conduct staff training, manage medical appointments, and participate in an on-call rotation to handle emergencies.
Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid South Carolina LPN license. A minimum of one year of nursing experience and a valid South Carolina driver’s license are required.
The Residential Nurse provides professional nursing care to individuals residing in CTH II homes and other assigned program locations. This position ensures that all medical, health, and safety needs are met in accordance with physician orders, Agency policies, and state and federal regulations.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties –
This position is classified as Essential. In the event of emergencies, natural disasters, or other urgent circumstances, Unity Bay employees may be required to report to work to ensure the health and safety of individuals receiving services.
