Social Service Therapist, Licensed - Per Diem

Responsibilities

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will combine two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network starting in late fall 2025. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

• Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Social Services Therapist (Licensed).
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.
• The Social Service Therapist provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Hanover Hill Behavioral Health.
• The Social Service Therapist is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.

Qualifications

Master's degree is required. 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred, but 0-1 years of experience is required. Social Work or Professional Counselor License is required.
