The provider will conduct physical assessments, diagnose respiratory conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in skilled nursing facilities. They are responsible for performing diagnostic procedures, prescribing therapies, and educating patients on disease management while traveling between multiple locations.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, a DEA license, and a Master's degree in Nursing. A minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, along with one year of experience in pulmonology, is required.
