The Registered Nurse will plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring resident conditions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Colorado and possess a valid CPR certification. A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program is required, with 1-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred.
The Registered Nurse (RN) plans, coordinates, and delivers nursing care to residents in accordance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role ensures the highest standards of quality care, safety, and resident dignity are maintained at all times.
Demonstrates commitment to the organization's mission, values, and ethical standards Evaluates and monitors resident conditions and provides nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in the development and evaluation of standards of care Identifies changes in resident condition and initiates appropriate nursing and emergency interventions Coordinates resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, including accurate and timely documentation Performs comprehensive assessments, including monitoring vital signs, lab values, and mental status Ensures complete and accurate nursing histories and clinical documentation are maintained in the medical record Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience providing direct patient or resident care preferred Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required) Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required) Current CPR certification (required) Working knowledge of clinical equipment, including monitors, infusion devices, and drainage systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
