Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and establish treatment goals for patients. Collaborate with outpatient providers and managed care companies to document clinical progress and discharge criteria.
Requires a Master's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with a provisional or associate license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC). Experience with eating disorders and credentialing with managed care panels is strongly preferred.
Education, Competencies and Credentials: Master's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling or Social Work required. GA provisional or associate licensed in the social services field (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC), full or independent licensure preferred. Experience working with patients who have eating disorders is strongly preferred. Current credentialing with managed care panels highly desired.
