The Mental Health Clinician conducts comprehensive mental health assessments and provides ongoing counseling to a caseload of youth in a residential setting. They are also responsible for overseeing clinical operations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with community-based providers.
Candidates must hold an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential or foster youth setting preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as DBT, MST, and FFT is required or must be acquired.
LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential setting or working with foster youth preferred. Will take an applicant who has a limited permit. Must have familiarity with or willing to acquire skills in DBT, MST, FFT, Trauma Informed Treatment and other treatment modalities. Must have familiarity and or knowledge of adolescent development.
