• Summary: As a remote LMFT, you will work with clients managing family conflict, relationship challenges, and emotional health concerns. This role emphasizes practical therapy approaches that help clients make measurable progress over time.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families online Address concerns such as conflict, communication issues, and stress Establish measurable treatment goals Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records Evaluate effectiveness of treatment approaches Follow all licensing and ethical guidelines Active LMFT license in Nebraska Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience working with relational or family-based cases Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload Strong written and verbal communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical perspective into a setting where your work directly improves how people relate and connect.
