The LPN will contribute to patient assessments, perform plan of care interventions, and assist with activities of daily living under the direction of an RN. They are also responsible for monitoring patient status and advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Applicants must hold a current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse license. Additionally, a Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire.

3x12 hour shifts one week/ 4x12 hour shifts the next week, Days (7a – 7p), rotating weekends.
