The Advanced Practice Provider will provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents and collaborate with the Center Leadership Team and Medical Director for patient-specific medical care. They will work towards improving healthcare outcomes and quality of life for patients.
Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse, with certification as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
