• Shift: Day ShiftCounselor for Crisis Stabilization Unit Up to $7,500/year in State Incentives (Up to $37,500 Total) This position may be eligible for the Nebraska Rural Health Workforce Incentive Program. Candidates must be hired before June 30th to apply. Eligibility, funding, and final award amounts are determined by the program and are not guaranteed. Lead with Impact: Facilitate dynamic group sessions and provide one-on-one counseling that meets clients exactly where they are. Bridge the Gap: Complete vital risk assessments and 24-hour youth callbacks to ensure no one falls through the cracks. Collaborate & Support: Work alongside the CSU Director and case managers to provide a seamless continuum of mental health care. QualificationsRequirements Provisional License as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (PLADC), or License as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC). Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
