• Shift: Day ShiftOutpatient Nurse (LPN) – Behavioral Health Up to $62,500 in State Incentives This position may be eligible for the Nebraska Rural Health Workforce Incentive Program, offering up to $12,500 per year for up to 5 years. Candidates must be hired before June 30th to apply. Medication Mastery: Administer long-acting injectables (LAI), manage prescription refills, and navigate the prior authorization process to ensure clients get their medication without delay. Program Support: Play a key role in our prescription management programs by tracking vital labs, urinalysis, and GeneSight testing results. Client Advocacy: Help clients navigate medication assistance programs and coordinate with external partners to keep care seamless. QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Team License & Certification: An active LPN license in good standing and a current BLS certification.
