Family Practice Physician

River Valley Family Health Centers is looking for a dedicated Family Practice Physician committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to in a community health clinic in Delta Colorado.

• In this role, you will deliver primary care services to individuals and families across all age groups, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute conditions.

A day in the life of a Physician includes

• Providing direct patient care by assessing patient health, performing physical examinations, obtaining health histories, and developing and implementing patient management plans.
• Performing therapeutic procedures by administering injection, suturing, casting, splinting, removal of foreign bodies, managing wounds and infections, etc.
• Provide patient education at time of service, including anticipatory guidance, information about chronic care, disease prevention, and the promotion of health maintenance.
• Collaborates with Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and Dental Providers to encourage integrated health.
