Essential Functions
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Requirements
Valid New Jersey LPN license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care and assisted living.
