• Summary: We are looking for a Physical Therapist to guide patients through recovery with clear treatment plans and hands-on support. You will help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and comfort so they can return to everyday routines with better function and independence.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and identify patient therapy needs Create individualized plans of care Provide therapeutic exercises and functional movement training Help patients improve strength, coordination, and range of motion Track results and adjust treatment based on patient progress Provide patient education for home programs and prevention Maintain accurate records for each visit and treatment plan Doctor of Physical Therapy degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a steady full-time role where your clinical skills help patients regain confidence in movement.
