The counselor performs clinical interventions and psychosocial assessments to coordinate patient care and implement treatment plans. They provide various therapeutic modalities including individual, group, and family therapy across behavioral health services.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field and possess a valid Pennsylvania LPC license. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in the mental health field is required, along with current CPR certification.
30 pm No weekend or holidays Sign On Bonus Eligible Performs clinical interventions with patients (children through older adults), families/significant others, staff, outside organizations and providers in order to coordinate patient care, implement treatment and perform discharge planning. Provides psychosocial assessments and clinical therapies (i.e., individual, couples, group, play, and family therapies) to patients of Behavioral Health Services. May be required to travel between clinical sites to assist in the Provision of Care.
