Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and possess a valid state license. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within established productivity standards.

Requirements: What You’ll Do:
Provide treatment per established care plans Collaborate with PT's, families, and care teams Maintain accurate electronic documentation Educate staff and families on care programs
Active PTA license in the state of practice (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
