The LPN will deliver skilled nursing care in home settings, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and performing clinical procedures. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and educate families on disease management.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in Maryland or Washington, DC, and have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program. A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred, along with the physical ability to assist and reposition clients.
