The clinician provides community-based mental health treatment, including crisis management, assessments, and advocacy for individuals with severe mental illness. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with team members, and ensuring adherence to ACT standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with three years of clinical experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience. The role requires various clearances, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
