The LPN will provide assessments, administer medications, and implement treatment plans to assist clients through withdrawal management. They will also document care in the EHR and collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current LPN license in the State of Ohio with no restrictions. A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's degree in Nursing considered a plus.
