The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide direct patient care, monitor health conditions, and assist with medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses. They are responsible for administering medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
Candidates must hold a valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required.
