Provide hands-on, resident-centered care while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring a safe environment. Collaborate with the nursing team to respond effectively to resident needs and changes in condition.
Candidates must hold an active RN, LPN, CMA, or CNA license or certification. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
