Assists physicians in the performance of invasive electrophysiology procedures while maintaining lab equipment. Provides direct and indirect care to patients undergoing both basic and advanced electrophysiology treatments.
Requires a current GA RN license, RCIS, or RCES certification along with BCLS and ACLS. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or EP Lab setting.
Overview Assisting the physician in performance of invasive electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all EP Lab equipment and maintenance of it while administering direct/indirect care to patients undergoing basic and advanced electrophysiology procedures. Provides direct and indirect care during established procedures.

Education Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Required Work Experience 2 years Cath Lab or EP Experience Required Licenses and Certifications Current GA RN license, RCIS or RCES Upon Hire Required and BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and ACLS Upon Hire Required Business
