The Advanced Practice Provider delivers autonomous clinical care to residents in long-term care facilities, managing both acute and chronic conditions. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve overall resident stability.
Candidates must hold an advanced degree such as an MSN, DNP, or MPAS, along with active state licensure and board certification. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is preferred.

MSN, DNP, MPAS, DMSc, or equivalent advanced degree. Active state licensure and board certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA). DEA and BLS certification. Strong interpersonal communication and knowledge of clinical practice standards.
It’s A Plus If You Have 2+ years of clinical experience. Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or geriatric experience.
