Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities using evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and utilize telehealth to support patient mobility, independence, and wellness.
Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or be eligible to obtain one. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, basic computer proficiency, and current CPR certification.
