The Home Health Aide provides personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support, to patients in their homes. They also observe and document patient conditions while ensuring safety through meal preparation and transfer assistance.
Candidates must have completed a Florida Board of Nursing-approved Home Health Aide training program or equivalent. Additionally, they must hold current CPR and First Aid certifications and pass a Level II background screening.

We are currently seeking dependable and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and related support services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed therapist. The HHA functions in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and the Florida Administrative Code (Chapter 59A-8) governing licensed home health agencies.
Qualifications: ✅ Must be at least 18 years old
✅ Completion of a Florida Board of Nursing–approved Home Health Aide training program, or documentation of at least 75 hours of training per 42 CFR §484.80, or competency validation by Greater Vision’s RN Trainer
✅ Current CPR and First Aid certification
✅ Negative TB test
✅ Must pass Level II background screening (FDLE/FBI) per Florida Statute §400.487
✅ Reliable transportation, valid Florida driver’s license, and current auto insurance
✅ Ability to speak, read, and write in English
