Emergency Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) – Night Shift Puget Sound Veterinary Specialty & Emergency (PSVSE) | Gig Harbor, WA
Night shift isn’t for everyone—and that’s exactly the point. If you’re an LVT who thrives when things are a little unpredictable, who enjoys autonomy, and who can lead with confidence in high-acuity moments, this is where you belong.
At Puget Sound Veterinary Specialty & Emergency (PSVSE), our overnight team is the backbone of our emergency service. This is where strong technicians step into their skills, collaborate closely with doctors, and make a direct impact on critical patient outcomes.
Our mission is to deliver exceptional emergency and specialty veterinary care with compassion, innovation, and accountability at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to gold standard medicine while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
We grow together by asking questions, sharing knowledge, and supporting one another. Every patient, client, and team interaction is an opportunity to educate, uplift, and provide care with integrity and excellence. Together, we strive to set the standard in veterinary care—every day, for every life we touch.
As an Overnight Emergency LVT at PSVSE, you will play a key role in stabilizing, monitoring, and advocating for critically ill patients throughout the night. This role requires strong clinical skills, independent thinking, and the ability to remain focused and composed during high-pressure situations.
Overnight teams operate with a high level of trust and collaboration; your voice matters, your skills are utilized, and your ability to anticipate patient needs is essential. This position reflects our core values in action: leading with compassion, creating an inclusive and supportive environment, taking accountability, embracing innovation, and delivering gold standard patient care at every step.
Why PSVSE Overnight teams are a different kind of team; tight-knit, highly skilled, and deeply supportive of one another. At PSVSE, you’ll be part of a group that values your experience, trusts your judgment, and works together to provide exceptional care when it matters most.
If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your skills, be challenged in the best way, and make a real impact, we’d love to connect.
