Provide direct support to children aged 10 to 18 by helping them build life skills, form friendships, and maintain a stable living environment. Responsibilities include medication distribution, household tasks, and implementing positive behavioral support strategies.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and obtain certifications in CPR and the Oregon Intervention System.
As a Direct Support Professional on the Transition & Children's Services team, you will play a vital role in helping children aged 10 to 18 build stable lives, learn essential life skills, form friendships, and develop effective communication skills. T&C DSPs help these children grow into the best humans possible! We are looking for individuals who are ethical, patient, reliable, tenacious, compassionate, and adaptable. While this work can be challenging at times, it's incredibly rewarding to see the progress and growth that the children we serve make every day.
