The Mental Health Case Manager coordinates comprehensive services for adults and children, including mental health, social, and educational support. They are responsible for developing individualized plans, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and possess a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Preferred qualifications include 2,000 hours of supervised experience in delivering mental health services.

VOA is hiring a Mental Health Case Manager to provide coordination of services to support adults and children with mental illness and their families throughout Central Minnesota (Benton, Stearns, Sherburne, Wright, Chisago, Isanti, and Mille Lacs). Case Managers help coordinate services to support areas such as mental health, social, education, health, vocation, recreation, volunteer, advocacy, and transportation.
