• Functions: Prepare consult sheet for each appointment regardless of locale per agency guidelines: Review all consults after appointment immediately upon return to facility (whether medical coordinator accompanied the consumer or not). Submit Literal Text changes, new or discontinued orders to ChemRx by the 15th of each month to ensure accurate medication record on next months MAR.

• Consent for treatment process: Coordinate completion of documentation with RN, manager, MD Any additional tasks related to consumer health care or medical system as deemed necessary by RN or Nurse Administrator.
