The Cardiovascular Tech will assist with scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring invasive cardiovascular procedures within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves working in a technologically advanced interventional procedural area with opportunities to cross-train in pediatric and adult congenital cardiology.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Technologist training program and hold BLS/CPR certification upon hire. At least one year of relevant experience in a Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, or Interventional Radiology setting is required.
40 or 36 hours per week, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts. Operating hours are Monday – Friday, 6:30AM – 7:00PM with night/weekend on-call requirements (30 minute call response time) This position may be eligible for up to a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
