Provide comprehensive oncology education, treatment, and psychosocial support to patients and their families. Actively participate in assigned committees, tumor boards, and other clinical services as directed by management.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and current RN licensure in Massachusetts. Candidates must have at least three years of medical-surgical experience and possess current CPR certification.
Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Care, perform a wide variety of nursing duties involving providing comprehensive oncology education, treatment, and psychosocial support to the oncology patient and their families. Actively support assigned committees, tumor boards, or other services the manager may assign.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required. Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. A minimum of three years (3) Medical Surgical experience with special interest in Oncology is preferred. Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Current CPR certification required. ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification and/or IV management skills required. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred or become certified Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
