The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care management. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and educate patients and families to ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must hold a current Texas Registered Nurse license and have at least two years of clinical nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with the completion of an accredited nursing program.
