The Advanced Practice Provider delivers health care services including assessment, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and patient education. They collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Candidates must hold a master's level nurse practitioner degree or an accredited physician assistant degree. Additionally, 1-3 years of clinical experience and appropriate state licensure in Wisconsin are required.

Job Summary The Advanced Practice Provider at Prevea is an advanced practice nurse (NP) or physician assistant (PA) prepared to deliver health care services to patients, families and groups emphasizing the promotion of health and prevention of disease under direct supervision and responsibility of physicians. The scope of responsibilities includes collaborating and coordinating with physicians and other health professionals regarding clinical practice, education, consultation, research and program development.
