The Clinical Laboratory Technologist Generalist is responsible for performing diagnostic procedures in their assigned area. They also help maintain a good rapport between laboratory staff and other hospital departments.
An associate degree in MLT or a related field is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license is also required, along with proficiency in English.
The Clinical Laboratory Technologist Generalist is responsible for performance of diagnostic procedures in the area for which they are assigned. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in areas that they are licensed. This individual helps maintain an excellent rapport between Laboratory staff and other hospital departments.
