The Direct Support Professional will build supportive relationships with individuals with disabilities and advocate for their autonomy and inclusion. They are responsible for providing direct care, including hygiene and medical support, while maintaining accurate documentation to meet compliance standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and a willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Residential homes located is in Sisters and Bend, Oregon.
$18.50 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience, education and veteran status.
