The Physical Therapist will assess patient conditions, develop individualized rehabilitation programs, and administer treatments to improve mobility and pain. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Physical Therapist license and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic documentation systems.
