The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide care, monitor progress, and ensure documentation compliance.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license and possess strong clinical decision-making skills. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
