Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Treatment Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. Tailor interventions using strengths-based and culturally responsive practices. Support clients experiencing challenges related to mental health, substance use, and social determinants of health. Collaboration & Care Coordination Coordinate care with internal teams (case managers, peer support) and external partners (schools, primary care, courts). Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings. Maintain strong communication with referral sources and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. Documentation & Compliance Complete all clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, safety plans, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with agency standards, MassHealth requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in audits, reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Professional Development Engage in weekly clinical supervision and ongoing training opportunities. Maintain or pursue clinical licensure as applicable. Contribute to agency initiatives focused on trauma-informed care, equity, and staff wellness.
