Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to terminally ill patients in their homes and care facilities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to document patient conditions and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
Must hold a current nurse aide certification and have at least one year of experience in hospice or home health. Requires the ability to travel frequently and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

As a Hospice Aide/Homemaker, you'll provide hands-on support that helps patients maintain their quality of life while remaining in the place they call home. Through assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility, you'll help ensure each patient receives the care, comfort, and respect they deserve.
This role is ideal for a caring professional who finds purpose in building meaningful connections and serving others with empathy and compassion. You'll develop trusting relationships with patients and families while working closely with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to support each patient's unique needs. Every visit is an opportunity to provide reassurance, preserve dignity, and make a lasting impact during an important stage of the patient's journey.
• Experience as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant
Pay Range $18—$22 USD
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Screening is completed by a third-party administrator, the Michigan Long-Term Care Partnership, and is performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act.
