Salary

Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities and medication administration. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure resident safety, and facilitate community engagement and recreational activities.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and current auto insurance. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs and must maintain all state-required certifications like CPR and First Aid.

We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Staff to provide care and support to individuals during weekend shifts in a group home or home-like setting. Staff will assist with daily routines, personal care, and community involvement, while ensuring safety and well-being. This role requires completion of all required documentation and effective implementation of goals outlined in each individual's Person-Centered Plan (PCP).

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stoop, bend, walk up to two miles, and perform household tasks. Adequate visual and audio acuity to supervise residents and respond to emergencies. Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to perform basic math functions and maintain accurate records.
$13.00 – $15.00 $15.00 rate for applicants with an Associates or Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of experience with IDD/MH/DD.
