Evaluates and assesses patients to establish functional goals and provides treatment according to a written plan of care. Communicates findings, manages discharge planning, and documents interventions in the patient's medical record.
Requires graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and current SLP licensure. Candidates must possess basic computer literacy and obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
