The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care, including physical exams, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. They will also manage chronic conditions, order diagnostic tests, and collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Candidates must have at least two years of primary care experience and hold an active Massachusetts NP or PA state license. Additionally, PANCE, AANP, or ANCC certification is required, along with proficiency in medical technology and software.
