Perform and analyze diagnostic and interventional mammography procedures on a mobile unit. Ensure all quality control and safety standards are met while providing compassionate patient care.
Must be a graduate of a Radiologic Technology trade school and hold ARRT Mammography certification. Candidates must be ARRT registered or registry eligible with the ability to obtain registry within 90 days.
Sentara is hiring a Mammography Technologist to perform mammography screenings on our Mobile unit based at the Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. Mammogram screenings will be provided on the mobile unit throughout Hampton Roads. This is a Flexi schedule with Rotating shifts. As a Mobile Mammography Tech, you won’t just perform screenings; you’ll provide hope, comfort, and access to care where it’s needed most." As a Mammography Technologist, you will perform and analyze all diagnostic and interventional Mammography Procedures. Also, performs all quality control and quality assurance standards as prescribed by all state, federal, and local agencies. Provide the best patient care and practice radiation safety standards at all times.
Trade School Graduate - Radiologic Technology ARRT Mammography Certification ARRT Registered or Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must obtain registry within 90 days of hire.
