Practice Details: 70 plus Hospitalist team including physicians and APP's. Strong teaching atmosphere with the option to work with our associated family medicine residency program. Excellian, our EMR, is a software product from Epic and is considered one of the most comprehensive systems in the nation. You will be based out of United Hospital, but with the ability to cover at additional locations, as needed. Casual coverage at River Falls and United Regina Hospitals River Falls Area Hospital is a critical access hospital in River Falls, Wisconsin, and part of the Allina Health system. Job Description

Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being. Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities. Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management. Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows. May participate in peer review and quality assurance. Job Requirements MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required BE/BC with ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain) Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI) Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for credentialing and hospital privileges Licensed Physician - WI upon hire required ACLS/BLS - required upon hire Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $350,100 to $366,400 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
