Your Role

• Making a Meaningful Difference As a Commonwise Caregiver, you are an advocate for your clients’ safety, independence, and quality of life.
• Your daily responsibilities include:
• Building
• Relationships: Develop lasting bonds with clients and their families.
• Activities of
• Daily
• Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Instrumental
• ADLs (IADLs): Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving, and supporting client hobbies/interests.

Advocacy

Act as a dependable support system for clients in various community settings.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 lbs. Frequent bending and movement. Strong visual, auditory, and communication skills.
